11-year old boy wounded by 17-year old in shooting outside a night club

An 11-year old boy was attending a Teen Night event at an Nashville, Tennessee night club when a fight broke out, moved outside, and then shots were fired, injuring him in his left calf.

A 17-year old is charged in the shooting, and is believed to have gang affiliations.

A fight started inside the club and security escorted the people outside where the fight continued and shots were fired.

The bullets hit two people: the 11-year-old and a 21-year-old man. The man went to the hospital. Police said after the 11-year-old was shot in the leg, he went home and called police.
