7-year old Philly boy shot in leg by stray bullet from fight

A 7-year old boy was asleep in his second-story apartment in north Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, while a party was going on in an apartment on the third floor.  A fight broke out at the party.  Someone fired a gun, and the bullet went through the floor and into the boy's bedroom, hitting the boy in the leg.

From an article and news video:
The child was transported to Temple University Hospital and is reportedly in stable condition.
Police are not sure what started the fight, but neighbors referred to the house as “a known party house.”
An investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
From another article:
Police told The Philadelphia Inquirer that the bullet went through the floor and the second-floor ceiling and hit the boy. He was taken to Temple University Hospital.
Police said there were about 20 people in the house, and investigators are trying to find the person who fired the gun.
There has been no immediate word about what might have sparked the shooting.
The boy is in stable condition.

Bullets don't know when to stop.
