A three-year-old boy was wounded in a drive-by shooting early Tuesday morning at his home in northwest Harris County.
The shooting happened just before 1 a.m. in the 20500 block of Cypress Gully near Cypress Prairie, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. According to investigators, the boy was walking inside a home when witnesses said they heard two gunshots. One of the bullets hit the boy.

  1. in 2009 a new law passed against this terroristic act of violence that must be presented with great priority.the new law was introduced in behalf of a innocent lil 4yr girl, who was shot, killed!during a drive-by shooting to where a bullet from a high-power rifle(ak-47)to her forehead and a 9mm bullet to her cheek as she slept in her home.no child or citizen should ever have to die in this violant way.a child has nothing to do with the ignorance that brings this act of violence before them.but then they(children)are the victims.this terroristic act of violence has to be approached with the ultimate punishment phase.society must be the voice of these innocent children that deserve a voice to give them justice.this new law is The Janie Lynn DeLaPaz Act (BILL 176).Texas agreed in 2009 that there is a serious issue concerning this act of violence,by passing (bill 176) into law with 100%yeas.now it must be Amended into the strongest law in Texas.violence must be taken off our streets, communities and give these ruthless, cowardless, terroristic individuals the message that you will go to prison for a very! long period and stay away from killing our children and terrorizing our communities.parents, relatives must be the great Voice for the lil victims.this violence is a blind-epidemic if not exposed with a priority of injury or death as a result toward our society.this deadly terroristic act is in every state in this country and is killing lil innocent baby-infants and children.
